I want to let you know what a great job you did on my storage shed. It was in sad shape. I really appreciate you replacing the rotten wood then putting on primer and then painting the shed the color of my house trim. The last time I had time I had the shed done the workman just covered everything with a coat of paint and it lasted a few months. This will be the second summer since you did that job for me and it looks just as good as the day you finished.

I keep having you back for little things like replacing the lighting in my kitchen, replacing the water softener under my kitchen sink, fixing leaking faucets, etc. because you do good work at a fair price and you always clean up after yourself.

It's nice to have someone do things for me, in my home that takes pride in his work.
